This User Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a contract between you (“you” or “User”) and StoxBazar (“StoxBazar”, “we,”
or “us”). You must read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to use
our website located at www.stoxbazar.com and all affiliated websites owned and operated by us or our Affiliates
(collectively, the “Site”) and all services that are accessible through the Site (“Site Services”),.except the Service
Provider Services, whether provided by us or our affiliates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, StoxBazar may
amend this Agreement without prior notice to you at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Any revisions to

Signatures. Your Account registration constitutes an acknowledgement that you are able to electronically receive,
download, and print this Agreement.
CONSENT TO USE ELECTRONIC RECORDS
In connection with this Agreement, you may be entitled to receive certain records, such as contracts, notices, and
communications, in writing. To facilitate your use of the Site, you give us permission to provide these records to you
electronically instead of in paper form.
2.1 You Must Keep Your Email Address Current With Us.
