21 Day Happiness CAP


Welcome to the 21 Day Happiness CAP workshop! We are very happy to bring this journey to
you and your loved one. The entire workshop is focused towards being in the moment with the
given task which will enable various new neurons based on your experience.

Do this for YOURSELF because you deserve it! In addition to this the happier your, the more
your happiness will overflow onto those around you, impacting those you love as well.

The program is divided into 3 sections, each one focusing on a different area:

Happiness Charger
Happiness Application
Happiness Purpose

1. First, we’ll focus on creating a happiness Charger. This is the most important part of the
workshop, as it helps you create a habit and get charged and be in that state. Each of the
first 7 days offers a new PROCESS OR ACTIVITY which you are challenged to do that
day. However, the bigger challenge is to continue to repeat each new activity EVERY
DAY, each day adding to the ones before.

2. The second section is designed to create a happiness Application. We’ll explore the
power of mind—how thoughts create emotions which lead to actions that reinforce the
beliefs that caused the thoughts.

3. The third section is all about creating a happiness Purpose by taking action and
empowering yourself to do the things that bring joy to your life.

Every day we shall send you a PDF file or Audio or Video to relevant to the task.

All you have to do is to complete the task and update as early as possible in the group with your
experience.
