File Rename column “Oops Remark” → “Zone” Apply VLOOKUP for Zone against Company Zone mapping
& Plant name from the trip data to get the zone for the plant.

Prepare Zone Zone files ready


6 Open 8 Zone files: Central, East, North1, North2, South1, South2, West1, West2 Data Analyst
Files for update

From Mail Format sheet in Master File → Using pivot filters (Zone + Plant wise) →
Populate Zone Zone-wise Plant
7 Data is Created → Output → Copy & paste outputs (Values only) into respective Zone Data Analyst

In New File Created to Store Dashboard and Trip data file apply filters: • Status = Zone-wise Offline
