No. 306, 3rd Floor, New Administrative Building, Opp. Council Hall, Camp, Pune - 411 001, invites online bids for
Construction/Upgradation & 10 Years DLP Maintenance of Roads in Dist. Solapur under MUKHAYA MANTRI GRAM
SADAK YOJANA, on the schedule of rates issued by MRRDA for year 2023-24 for the following packages, from the
contractors registered with State Public Works Department (PWD)/Rural Development Department (RDD) OR Non registered
Contractor.

15/09/2025 to 22/09/2025 upto 17.00 Hours.
4. Pre-bid meeting will be held in the office of Superintending Engineer (MMGSY) MRRDA, Pune Region, Pune ---/-
--/2025 at 12.00 hours (offline / online)
5. Availability of Bid Document and mode of submission: The bid document is available online and bid should be
submitted online on website www.mahatenders.gov.in. The bidder would be required to register in the web-site
which is free of cost. For submission of bids, the bidder is required to have valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
from one of the authorized Certifying Authorities (CA). “Aspiring bidders who have not obtained the user ID and
password for participating in e-tendering in MMGSY may obtain the same from the website:
www.mahatenders.gov.in
Digital signature is mandatory to participate in the e-tendering. Bidders already possessing the valid digital signature
issued from authorized CAs can use the same in this tender.
5.(a) Contractor shall pay cost of bid form & Bid Security EMD as mentioned by Net banking through a payment gateway
on website. Bidder will have to validate the Tender fees & EMD Bid Security payment as a last stage of bid
preparation. If the payment is not realized with bank, in that case system will not be able to validate the payment and
will not allow the bidder to complete his Bid Preparation stage resulting in non participation in the aforesaid
eTender.
Note: * Realization of NEFT/RTGS payment normally takes 2 to 24 hours, so it is advised to make sure that
NEFT/RTGS payment activity should be completed well before time; tender inviting authority will not be
responsible for any type of failure during the submission of bid at any stage.
* NEFT/RTGS option will depend on the amount of Tender fees & Bid Security (EMD).

6. Submission of Original Documents: The bidders are not supposed to attend tender inviting authority during the
course of tender submission; however tender inviting authority if required may ask bidder to produce original
documents & Bid submission acknowledgement after opening of technical bids for verification.
7. Only online submission of bids is permitted, therefore; bids must be submitted online on website
www.mahatenders.gov.in. The technical qualification part of the bids will be opened online by the authorized officers.
If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened online on the
next working day at the same time.
Technical Bids will be opened online on 24/09/2025 at 11.00 hours in the office of the SE/EE Engineer
(PMGSY), MRRDA, Pune Region, Pune.as for as Possible
8. The bidder is not required to quote his rate/offer for routine maintenance and royalty. The rates to be paid for routine
maintenance are indicated in the Bill of Quantities separately in bidding document. Further, the payment for routine
maintenance to the contractor shall be regulated based on his performance of maintenance activities.
9. The bids for the work shall remain valid for acceptance for a period not less than 90 days after the deadline date for bid
submission.
10. Bidders may bid for any one or more of the works mentioned in the Table above. To qualify for a package of
contracts made up of this and other contracts for which bids are invited in the same NIT, the bidder must demonstrate
having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.
11. Other details can be seen in the bidding documents. The Employer shall not be held liable for any delays due
to system failure beyond its control. Even though the system will attempt to notify the bidders of any bid
updates, the Employer shall not be liable for any information not received by the bidder. It is the bidders’
responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to the tender.
12. Time and date of opening of Financial Bids will be informed by email to the responsive bidders.
