In Group Class competitions, each team can be accompanied by a maximum of six teacher or staff members; however orchestras and bands (Class 241 - 246, 301, 302, 311, 321, 322, 468 - 472 and 573 - 575)
are not subject to such limitation.
團體項目每隊參賽隊伍最多可有六位隨隊老師或工作人員陪同；惟樂團 (項目241 - 246, 301, 302, 311, 321, 322, 468 - 472 及 573 - 575) 不受此限。

I declare that all the information given in the form is true and correct, including the names of all persons with assigned duties and the performing members listed above, the team members and the team size satisfy
all the requirements of the competition class. Our school will present student ID card / student handbook / Hong Kong ID card / travel document, all of which are original and bear a recent photo for verification
upon request. I understand that if the members or the team size violates the competition requirements of the class, the team will only be given comments. Neither marks nor certificates will be awarded.
本人證明整隊工作人員及表演成員的姓名已全部列出。表格內填報之資料全部屬實，隊員及人數亦符合比賽要求。本人明白如隊員或人數不符合比賽要求，整隊隊伍將只獲評語，沒有分數，亦不獲發獎狀。本校將現場出示隊員的學生證 / 學生手冊 / 香港身份證 / 旅遊證件以供核實，所出示的證明文件均為正本並附有近
