Article 31A- Land reforms and equitable distribution of property
Article 31B- Protects laws listed in ninth schedule primarily intended to safeguard land reforms
from judicial review to address socio economic disparities and equitable land ownership this
remains in force unless a competent leigslature repeals them.
Article 31C- Equitable distribution of resources and prevention of wealth concentration
