“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2024 BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG PLAN ACTION (BADPA) OF


BARANGAY SAN VICENTE MALANGAS ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY..”

WHEREAS, Memorandum Circular No. Dated November 9,2022 of the Department of the Interior
and Local Government (DILG) Guidelines on the formulation of the Local Anti-Drug Plan of
Action(LADPA) and Barangay Anti-Drug Plan of Action;

WHEREAS, The Barangay Anti-Drug Plan and Action would be the guidelines of the Barangay Anti
Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) in implementation of the Plan,Programs and Activities(PPA) on the said
committee;

WHEREAS, The aims that the Sangguniang Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council(BADAC) will
realize and implemented all plans,Programs and Activities that will stated in BADPA plan.

NOW THEREFORE, Upon the motion of honorable Julito G. Macalisang and dully seconded by all
member present,be it;

UNANIMOUSLY PASSED this 2nd day of January 2024,during the Regular Session.
