Lactometer
A lactometer is an application of hydrometer and is used to check
purity of cow's milk.
It is a glass instrument that is used to measure the density/ specific
gravity of Milk.
Normal specific gravity of milk – 1.027 – 1.034
Specific gravity of water is 1.000.
Principle of use
