HCM Recruitment – Hire AI addresses these
challenges by integrating Artificial Intelligence AI
into every phase of the recruitment lifecycle—from
job creation to candidate selection and feedback
generation.
By leveraging technologies such as GenAI, NLP, and
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI, this system
ensures faster, smarter, and more effective hiring.
