Fisch Tank Maintenance Log

This document records water quality test results and maintenance activities for an aquarium over several months. It notes dates of water changes, additions of stress coat and new plants/fish. Test results show pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels. pH is consistently between 7.2-8.0. Ammonia and nitrite spike initially but become zero after the tank cycles. Nitrate levels range from 10-40ppm. Some fish die offs occur initially then the tank stabilizes.
