Terms & Condition
1. Quotation Validity
This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, a revised quotation may be
required to reflect any changes in material costs, project scope, or market conditions.
2. Payment Structure
To maintain efficiency and seamless execution, payments shall be made as follows:
10% Consultation Fee – Payable upon finalizing the costing. This fee is non-refundable but will be adjusted in
the final payment.
40% Advance Payment – Required at the initiation of execution. Work will commence only after receipt of this
amount.
25% Payment – Due upon reaching a significant project milestone.
25% Payment – Due upon completion of the next execution stage.
Final 10% Payment – Must be cleared before project handover.
3. Material Costing
The quotation includes the following material costs:
Laminate: Up to ₹2,500 per sheet
PVC Laminate : Upto 3800 per sheet
Veneer: Up to ₹6,000 per sheet
Kitchen Acrylic: Up to ₹4,500 per sheet
If the client selects materials exceeding these price limits, the additional cost will be charged separately.
