Total Property Measuring –198.64 sq mt.comprised in House no-5/486, Khasra no-1025, at Mohalla-
Kanoongoyan, Town-Nanauta, Pargana-Rampur, Tehsil-Rampur Maniharan, Distt. Saharanpur . Registered
deed dated 20.07.2024 in Bahi No. 1, Jild 4406, Pages 129-144, Document No. 6311- Sub Registrar-Rampur
Maniharan, Saharanpur .
This property Known as abadi area and the said property is commonly known by Residential House no-5/486.
now which is bounded as per sale deed dated.20.07.2024 as under:-

On the West : Property of Babu;
On the North : House of Abdul Wahab & others;
On the South : Rasta 14 feet or 4.27 meter wide

6311- Sub Registrar-Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur.
THAT the property mentioned above is situated within the under Municipal Corporation Limits and T.S-I (House
Tax) Form is applicable.
 That my above property is also known by property House no-5/486, Khasra no-1025, at Mohalla-
Kanoongoyan, Town-Nanauta, Pargana-Rampur, Tehsil-Rampur Maniharan, Distt. Saharanpur . have
got the following documents issued on the basis of the said property no. portion of House no-5/486.
 THAT deponent has submitted the photographs which have been duly countersigned by the deponent and
the said photographs are of the same property, the detail of which is given above in the present affidavit.
 THAT deponent property is not in subject matter of suit -file, Court decree, any dispute in any court or
any dispute in concerned authority etc.
 THAT deponent has submitted the site plan (road map) along with proper land mark regarding the
captioned property and as detailed in this affidavit for identification of the exact location duly signed by
draftsman and counter signed by the deponent to ShriRam Finance Ltd.
 THAT deponent hereby undertakes to indemnify and keep indemnified against any monetary loss, harm
or injury which may be suffered or caused to be suffered to the ShriRam Finance Ltd. On account of any
misrepresentation made in photograph of the property and site plan deposited by the deponent.
 THAT the documents supplied by me to the ShriRam Finance Ltd. regarding my/our title in the
abovementioned property are genuine documents and in case any defect or tempering is found in the
Title/Sale,Jamabandies & T.S.-I form, I/We shall be fully responsible for the same and if anything found
incorrect, wrong or forged in my above said property document then ShriRam Finance Ltd. May get the
registration of FIR U/s 335/336/338 BNS against me or my associate found guilty the ShriRam Finance Ltd.
Would have right to initiate criminal proceedings against me/us.
 THAT I hereby declare that what is stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and I am
aware that relying upon the representations and statements made by me through this declaration, the
said ShriRam Finance Ltd. Has agreed to advance a loan by mortgaging my above said property as a
collateral security to secure the repayment of loan.
