I will stick to the program strictly as per the directions of the staff accompanying the
tour. In this period I will follow the rules and regulations as mentioned below.

1. All students should assemble according to the timing’s schedule and report to
the student leader.
2. Girl’s students should be always with the lady staff who is accompanying the Tour
and should not go anywhere.
3. Students should always carry their identity cards.
4. Students should follow the orders and directions of student leader and teaching
staff.
5. Student should maintain discipline while in the journey.
6. All students remain in group.
7. Students should not to bring any laptops, floppy disks, pen-drives, cameras inside
the industry.
8. Students should not enter into water and other dangerous spots.
9. Student should maintain dignity and decorum at all places.
10. Should not get into argument with any person.
11. I have informed my parents regarding my participation in the above event and I
will submit a letter from my parent also in this regard.

I understand that in case of any eventuality the institution is not responsible. I take my own
responsibility if I don’t follow these rules.
