Ques 1. Why is time management important?

Ans. Time management is an indispensable because it helps us stay organized, be productive, prioritize tasks,
avoid procrastination and maintain a healthy work-life balance. For instance, if a dietitian facilitates exhibition
and submits patient’s record before deadline, the authority is impressed. In the way, it leaves an indelible
imprint on others. Moreover, good time management allows human beings to enjoy leisure time. They can
spend time with friends, family and even in the lap of nature. Along with this, it arouses interest, confidence,
guts as well as enthusiasm.

Ques 2. How do you spend your time?

There are only 24 hours in a day. It is helpful to learn and track how you utilize every hour in each day.
On average where do you spend your time each day? Take time to fill in the circle with everything you
do in a day. Example: You spend time sleeping, so will need to include the total number of hours spent
sleeping in your circle. Don’t forget all of the various responsibilities and activities you do each day:
classes, studying, sleep, fitness, work, family, personal care, eating, transportation,
relaxation/hobbies, etc.
Use your completed 24 hour circle to calculate how much time you spend on each activity listed in
the Activities Breakdown below each week. The blank lines are for any additional situations that take
up your time. After you have totaled up all the items you can think of, figure out how much free time
you have.

How do your Priorities match up to how you spend your time each week?

Ans. I wake up early in the morning to use/utilize my time effectively and efficiently. I feel energetic to do
household chores and college tasks. By doing so I maintain discipline in my life.

What do you need to adjust in your weekly schedule to better match your life priorities?

Ans. Turning towards priorities I worship the Almighty , do workout and work hard to accomplish educational
tasks. Additionally I practise making diet plans. In this way I maintain daily routine. However I adjust to change
my routine during weekly sessions and exam days. I prefer preparing for tests to working on diet plans. I make
short notes and presentations.
