Control unit
The control unit has been installed at
the base of the spaceship, which will
be fully automated and manoeuvred
by AI. It occupies the front portion of
the cube along with the mining
equipment placed inside.
Researching and
Resource detection
Unit
The structure consists of an optical mining bag, which will be used to test and
collect samples of potential resources of 87 sylvia.It will be connected to the
research unit above , present in the cube ,where it will be done with the help of
certain sensors meant for detecting composition of the various materials present.
Sensor unit-Alpha
There will be mainly two sensor units ,where sensor Alpha will be externally
attached to the cube.it consists of four sensors, which are programmed to detect
locations on the asteroid where iron and other materials can be found in minable
quantities.
Sensor unit-Beta
Sensor unit Beta consists of a group of sensors, which are internally installed in
the research unit.they will detect the composition and concentration levels of
samples of asteroids in close proximity to 87 Sylvia collected in the optical
mining bag fixed below.
