Subject: Proposal for Hosting a Purpose-Driven Conference for Teenagers

Dear Pastor Wealth,

I hope this message meets you well. I write to seek your guidance and approval for a Teens
Purpose Conference I feel strongly led to organize under the direction and covering of the
church. This initiative is aimed at shaping the hearts, minds, and lives of teenagers (ages 12–
19), helping them discover their purpose in God, and setting a foundation for spiritual
maturity, purity, and leadership in today’s world.

This event is designed to awaken spiritual identity, strengthen values like purity,
discipline, and wise relationships, while also planting seeds for vision, entrepreneurship,
and purposeful living. I have outlined two possible formats for your review:

Idea 1: One-Day Conference

Description:
A full-day gathering for 200 teenagers, centred around spiritual reawakening through
watching The Passion of the Christ, followed by structured breakout sessions on Purity,
Business/Vision, and Relationships.

 Worship and opening session


 Movie viewing (The Passion of the Christ)
 Breakout sessions (led by trusted church members)
 Refreshments and group discussions

offering deep spiritual immersion through fasting, prayer, worship, and purpose-driven
sessions. All sessions from the conference (movie, purity, business, relationships) will be
included.

Key Components:

 Movie viewing (The Passion of the Christ)


 Extended worship and prayer sessions
 Teachings and breakout sessions
 Quiet time, journaling, and group discussions
 Fasting and spiritual exercises

and alignment with the church’s vision.
