Subject: Schengen Visa Application for Tuhin Mitra and Family
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to apply for Schengen tourist visas for myself, Tuhin Mitra, along with my wife Sonal
Kapoor, my daughter Mishika Mitra, and my father Sajal Kumar Mitra. We plan to travel to Spain and
Switzerland from October 16th, 2023, to October 30th, 2023.
I would like to inform you that the entire trip is being financed by myself and my wife, Sonal Kapoor.
All expenses, including those of our father and daughter, will be borne by us throughout the journey.
Purpose of Travel:
Our main purpose of travel is to engage in tourism and explore the rich cultural heritage of Spain and
Switzerland. We are eager to immerse ourselves in the local traditions, cuisine, and historical sites
that these countries have to offer.
Additionally, we are excited to reconnect with our roots and visit our relatives who have been
residing and working in Spain. This visit will not only allow us to strengthen family bonds but also
provide us with a unique opportunity to experience everyday life and gain a deeper understanding
of the local communities. We hope to share in their experiences, learn about their experiences, and
create lasting memories together.

- Flight reservations on both sides with Finnair
- Hotel reservations for Stay in Barcelona Maragall and Motel One Zurich, Zurich
- Self-rental car reservation details for travelling from Barcelona to Zurich
- Detailed financial documents demonstrating our ability to cover all expenses of myself and
my wife
- Copy of passports for all travellers
- Proof of relationship (birth certificates & marriage certificates)
- Duly filled Schengen visa form
- Proof of Residence
- Travel Insurance details
Our itinerary is as follows:
1. Departure: October 16th, 2023
Flight: Finnair, New Delhi to Barcelona
2. Accommodation: October 16th, 2023 to October 27th, 2023
Hotel: Stay Barcelona Maragall, Barcelona
3. Barcelona Itinerary:
October 17th Explore the Gothic Quarter, visit Sagrada Familia, stroll along La Rambla
October 18th Discover Park Güell, explore El Raval neighbourhood
October 19th Day trip to Montserrat, enjoy panoramic views
October 20th Visit Picasso Museum, indulge in shopping
October 21st Explore Port Vell, relax on Barceloneta Beach
October 22nd Excursion to Girona, medieval architecture
October 23rd Try local Catalan dishes, tapas at renowned restaurants
October 24th Visit Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, evening light show
October 25th Explore Gràcia neighbourhood, unwind in Parc de la Ciutadella
October 26th Tour Camp Nou, FC Barcelona's home stadium
October 27th Check out and depart for Zurich via self-rental car
4. Departure to Zurich: October 27th, 2023

5. Accommodation: October 27th, 2023 to October 30th, 2023
Hotel: Motel One Zurich, Zurich
6. Zurich Exploration:
October 28th Begin your Zurich exploration by visiting the famous Bahnhofstrasse for
shopping and admiring the city's architecture.
October 29th Immerse yourselves in Swiss culture with a visit to the Swiss National Museum,
followed by a leisurely boat ride on Lake Zurich.
7. Return Flight: October 30th, 2023
Departure: Zurich to New Delhi
