Meaning of your name and have you lived up to your names
meaning:

Sir, my name is Divya, which means divine lusture or divychamak. Yes, sir, I am living up to
my name as I tried to share light of positivity through my actions in my surrounding. It can be
by teaching for my students by my presence in the life of my loved ones and making them
feel comfort, loved and by being cheerful, happy, and enthusiastic in every day life. Sir I
believe it is a ongoing process and I am living up to my name every day.

Why have you chose B.Sc. over B.Tech?

So there are several reasons. Firstly, it was a three year degree and it gave me a chance to
appear for defence exams a year earlier as in defence every year matters and I wanted to
reach the highest rank possible second Sir, the quali cation include any degree so I chose
BSE with long-term aim as I would like to pursue teaching after my short service commission
and so it will give me upper hand and third. I am a person who knows and can adapt with
technology, but I want it to be a part of my eld, not my soul eld.

Why maths and science after class 10th?

Sir, it includes several reason rst being my interest towards joining ying branch and second,
my interest towards tech subjects

Why drop in percentage from 10th to graduation?

Sir, the drop in percentage from class 10th to 12th. It’s because I used to avoid writing work
and it hampered my daily practice of maths and led to slow writing speed. Due to which I was
unable to attend few questions that I knew and could not write lengthy answers in physical
education as well. To work on this, I joined NGO in Corona breaks where my job includes
content writing and management, it helped me to increase my writing speed and content
presentation.
fi
fi
fi
Drop in percentage from 12th to graduation is because rst, our rst two semesters were in
Corona time, so there were no classes and we got promoted. Second in race two years, I was
part of NCC and attended many cams, so I have not appeared for many midterm exams so
the college used to give marks in those exams according to the les, practical et cetera, and I
had no right to question them. Third, the maximum percent scored in my college is 71%
according to our college marking. So, 63% was not bad score, but I make will sure I achieve
better in my recent degree.

Why are you pursuing B.ed.?

The reason I chose B.ed. Is to enhance my present job as it is the basic requirement to enter
any good school.

Why teaching as a job now?

There are few reasons, rst, I am a person for whom it is easy to understand a concept well,
when I teach it, so it helps me in the preparation of competitive exams. Second, it was a few
our job and I have rest of my day for my study. Third, I like to meet and interact with new
people and teaching gave me the opportunity to experience it.

Why teaching as a backup?

Few reasons for choosing teaching as a back up is this is one of those professionals where
there is no stop to personal growth. Second, it offers me a chance to tackle few problems
faced by Indian society from its root level. It keeps my personality of interacting and exploring
intact.

The teacher you like the most and why?

I have been fortunate that I have got the best teachers in my journey. If I have to name one, it
was my maths teacher who was retired warrant of cer from Indian Air Force named warrant
of cer Anand Vashisht as he was the one who introduced me to my aim. His other qualities
that I liked, he was there to support and give personal attention to all his students and he
made maths very fun by his way of teaching so a lot of my classmates developed interest in
maths because of him.

The teacher who haven’t impressed you much and why?

In my opinion, there was no such teacher who have not impressed me as all of them were
truly dedicated and inspiring, but if I have to name one then it would be my history teacher
