Senior Backend AI Engineer Python
The ideal candidate will have a very strong technical background in:
Minimum of 8 years of software development experience
Minimum of 2 years of AI development experience
Proficiency in backend development in Python.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph
Hands-on experience in setup, configuration, and operation of AWS services, as well as DevOps best
practices.
Proficiency in AI/ML concepts, vector databases
Expertise in API design, architecture, and development.
Experience in collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams to build integrated solutions.
Strong focus on testing, quality assurance, and system reliability.
Expert in AI/ML concepts, vector databases, and DevOps best practices.
Experience with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
Platform Development: Build, and optimize the best in class GenAI Platform backend systems using AWS,
LangChain, and LangGraph.
Agent Integration: Develop AI agents that can easily connect with databases, external APIs (e.g.,
HubSpot), and internal tools.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Implement comprehensive testing frameworks to validate agent performance and results.
Develop tools to continuously evaluate accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI outputs.
Collaboration with Frontend & Dev Teams:
Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure smooth API integrations between AI agents and user-
facing applications.
Partner with DevOps engineers to deploy and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure.
Scalability & Security: Ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and secure to support various AI-driven
applications.
Basic Monitoring & Logging: Implement essential logging and observability to support performance
evaluation and troubleshooting...
