Tú quieres ir de vacaciones al mundo hispanohablante con tus amigos en una temporada especial
para tu familia (Pascua, Navidad, El Día de Reyes, el cumpleaños de la Abuela, etc.), y pides
permiso a tus padres. Mientras que ellos están contentos por tu decisión de ir al mundo
hispanohablante, ellos piensan que es mejor que te quedes en Australia para celebrar la
efeméride con ellos y tus hermanos. Convence a tu mamá o a tu papá (representado por tu
profesor/a) de que te dejen ir, y justifica por qué estas vacaciones serán beneficiosas para ti.
You would like to go the Spanish-speaking world with your friends during a special period of the year
for your family (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany, even your grandmother’s birthday) and seek permission
from your parents. While they are happy that you have expressed an interest to go to the Spanish-
speaking workd, they think that it is best that you stay in Australia to celebrate this special period
with them and your siblings. Convince either your dad or mum (played by your teacher) to let you go
on this holiday and justify why it will be beneficial for you. To prepare for this task:
