Review-
Deliverable B.4 Financial Services is accurate.
Only refinements needed:
• Make Mode 1 restrictions more explicit in securities/advisory regulations.
• Clarify that some PPR measures (RBI, SEBI prudential controls) are safeguards
rather than trade restrictions.
• Use of / instead of, is confusing while observing obligation
• Fine tune the sub sector and section a bit as it looks extremely filled with
information whereas it just needs the relevant sub sector and section.
• Repetition and Overlaps: Some measures appear multiple times (e.g.,
Depositories Act 1996 listed twice with IFSC amendments).
• Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation Act also appear in
different forms. These should be consolidated for clarity.
• No mention of state cooperative banking laws, state financial corporations,
stamp duty on securities, or state-level levies which may affect financial
services.
• Depth of SMBD & LP Analysis: SMBD obligations appear only in a few entries
(e.g., Foreign Venture Capital Investors, FDI caps with board composition). More
systematic identification of where Indian nationality/residency is mandated
(directors, trustees, auditors) is needed.
• Some entries show detailed section numbers; others cite only broad provisions.
Needs uniform citation.

Review:
Deliverable B.4 Transport Services is accurate.
Only refinements needed:
• Obligations Mapping Gaps: While MA & NT are well covered, LP (Local Presence)
and SMBD are inconsistently flagged.
Example: Requirements for Indian citizen pilots, directors in Indian airlines, or
Indian-resident ship captains should be explicitly highlighted under SMBD/LP.
• Overlaps & Repetitions: Multiple references to the same statutes without
consolidation (e.g., Merchant Shipping Act entries split across cabotage,
licensing, safety).
• Could be streamlined by grouping provisions under one Act with sub-entries.
• Formatting & Consistency Issues: Some entries have detailed section references;
others list only Act names.
• Sub Sector is filled with multiple sub sector which make it seem like a clutter.
Please rely on the most relevant one and remove the unnecessary data.
• Consolidate Overlaps: Group Merchant Shipping Act provisions into one
consolidated entry. Do the same for Civil Aviation & Railways.
• Strengthen SMBD & LP Analysis: Explicitly flag residency/nationality restrictions
for pilots, ship captains, airline directors, port trustees. Local presence
requirements for freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics operators.
