*Frequently Asked Queries*
1. I am using wifi but unable to register on the iOS handset and getting error "wifi detected".
*Mobile data is mandatory for registration on iOS handsets.
2. I am unable to view all accounts in Vyom.
*Check mode of operation in the account. Accounts with mode of operation E/S, Former/Survivor,
Anyone or Survivor are available.
3. I am getting an error "Maximum attempts, try after 24 hrs".
*As per NPCI guidelines, only three attempts are permitted for SIM binding (silent SMS) in 24 hours and
in such cases, users should try after this period.
4. Terms & Conditions are displayed blank.
*This usually occurs if the network is not good. Try in a good network.
5. I am unable to view My Portfolio.
*My Portfolio is replaced as users can view all accounts under the new tab Deposit & Loans appearing
on Dashboard.
6. I am unable to view mPassbook in Vyom.
*mPassbook feature is currently not available in Vyom as all accounts are organised under the Accounts
section through Footer where details and statements can be generated with ease.
7. I don't see previous options of FD like FDR, MIS etc. and want to book them.
*FD section is revamped with options to create FD with interest frequency either on maturity or
monthly/quarterly intervals.
8. I am unable to view the Credit to RD option.
*Users can use the Quick Fund Transfer option to transfer to an RD account
9. I have a Fixed deposit account but am unable to view statement details.
*In the case of FD accounts, interest credit entry can be seen in statement for the period. However, in
the case of monthly or quarterly payout FD schemes, transactions do not appear, since interest is not
credited to FD accounts but to operative accounts.
10. I am unable to disable payment channels like IMPS NEFT.
*Users can personalize limits available under IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Within Bank.
11. I am unable to personalize the RTGS limit to zero.
*Users can personalize limits from minimum and maximum amount.
12. I am getting an error as "Device not secure please enable device lock to proceed".
*To ensure safety and security, access to Vyom is allowed for a device where lock is enabled such as PIN,
biometrics of pattern.
13. I am getting an error "We will get back soon, facing a system error".
*There may be times when any dependent system is rebooting or temporarily down. Users can wait and
try after sometime.
Only 3 registration attempts are allowed
in a day, please register VYOM 2.0 after
the date and time given in the error faced
by user.
VYOM 2.0 registration is allowed only on those
device where Lock Screen feature (Fingerprints,
Face Lock, Password, Pattern, PIN) is enable.
Mobile data is mandatory during registration
for iOS Users.
(Please disable Wi-Fi network and enable
mobile data for registration)
User is requested to clear Cache and data of
Playstore app then try again.
It seems that user is trying to register VYOM
2.0 app using mail id which is not shared for
providing the access.
User is advised to register VYOM 2.0 app using
only mail id which is shared for providing the
access.
The issue is already reported to development
team for permanent resolution.
For the time being user is requested to clear
cache of Play Store then try again.
DO’s
For Android:
✓ Refer the list shared having details of users with Access
✓ Kindly ensure that same Email ID as provided is available as primary ID on Playstore
✓ Download the App from the Link provided as Beta Tester
✓ Registration/Migration of the user to be done by the user
For iOS:
✓ The Test flight invite already sent on Email IDs
✓ Ensure that the mail ID provided is the primary ID on App store
✓ Download the Test flight app from the mail link
✓ Option to update the App is available there
✓ User can Register after successful App download and proceed
DON’Ts
For Android:
✓ Users having access only will be able to download the App (Kindly refer the excel posted in
the group)
✓ User not having access through Email ID will not be able to download the App
For iOS:
✓ Those users who have not received the mail from test flight will not be able to
download/update the App
✓ ***Kindly don’t share the data directly on Whatsapp group, instead you may use one
consolidated file for each RO, separately for iOS and Android with all (Correct) details

Mobile Banking Vyom Registration & Accounts Validations
1. Customers with Constitution codes and status codes in CBS as mentioned below are
allowed to onboard on the revamped Mobile Banking Application Vyom 2.0:
