⮚ Competition Detail:
● The SPCE SAE Collegiate Club proudly presents the National-Level Poster
Presentation Competition! This platform invites innovative minds nationwide
to showcase their creativity, research, and presentation skills. Participants will
be able to craft impactful posters that communicate ideas effectively, fostering
innovation and collaboration. Don’t miss this chance to share your vision,
engage with peers, and compete for exciting rewards.

⮚ Topics for the Presentation


1. Machine Learning in Fault Detection and Quality Control.

2. Wireless Power Transfer for Electric Vehicles

3. Human-Robot Collaboration in Smart Factories

4. Green Mobility: Engineering Solutions for Eco-Friendly Transport

5. Advanced Manufacturing Techniques: From CNC to Additive


Manufacturing

6. Any other topic relevant to Mobility Engineering.

⮚ Guidelines:
● Poster Format:
o Size: 1m X 1m
o Content: Title, abstract, objectives, methodology, results, and
conclusion.
o Font: Font size must be legible from at least 1 meter distance.
o Visuals: Include relevant diagrams, charts, graphs, and images to
enhance understanding.
● Presentation Rules:
o Time Allocation: 5 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
o Language: English.

o Ensure anonymity: Avoid revealing the participant's or institution's


identity on the poster.

● Submission:
o Bring a printed poster to the event.
o Submit a digital copy of the poster on or before 14th September 2025
using the provided link.

● Dress Code: Participants should adhere to formal attire.

● Code of Conduct:
o Maintain professionalism & decorum during the presentation.
o Be punctual & adhere to the time slots assigned.
o Negligence of these rules can lead to disqualification.

⮚ Registration Process:
● Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students in engineering
across all disciplines.
● Maximum Team Size: Teams can have a maximum of 3 members.
● Steps:

o Please fill out the Google Form for registration (the link will be shared
via [Insert Medium, e.g., email/website/social media]).

o Provide the following details in the form:

o Team member names, roll numbers, and contact information.

o Poster topic and abstract (if applicable).

o Upload proof of payment (for non-SAE members) in the Google Form.

● Poster Submission: Submit the poster in digital format (PDF) at least 3


days before the competition date via the provided submission link.

● Confirmation: Participants will receive a confirmation email with their team


ID, event schedule, and submission instructions.

⮚ Disqualification Criteria

● Participants or teams may face disqualification for the following reasons:


● Identity Breach: Displaying a participant's or institution's identity on the
poster.
● Late Submission: Failing to submit the poster 3 days before the deadline.
● Plagiarism: Submitting content that is not original or copied from other
sources.
● Misconduct: Displaying inappropriate behavior during the event.

● Time Violation: Exceeding the allocated presentation time without a valid
reason.
● Non-Adherence to Guidelines: Not following the specified poster format or
rules.

⮚ Prize Distribution

● Prizes up to ₹10000/- will be provided to the winners.

● Ceremony: Prizes will be distributed on 28th September 2025 at SPJMR


auditorium, Bhavans campus, Andheri(W).
● Digital participation certificates will be provided to everyone.

● The winners will be presented with a hard copy of the certificate during the
award ceremony.

● 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes will be distributed to the entire winning group and
not to individual participants.

1st 5,000 Rs.

2nd 3,000 Rs.

3rd 2,000 Rs.

⮚ Judges:

o The panel includes experts from academia and industry.

o Each judge assigns marks independently, and the average score determines
the final result.
o Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
