PERFORMING MY TEACHING-LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Performance Task 1
Observing the teaching-learning process in Flexible Learning and different
Distance Learning Delivery Modes (online, radio-based instruction, television-based
instruction, and other modalities) focusing on the development of the MELCs and
reflecting on these processes.
Based on the Pre-Observation conference with your Cooperating Teacher, complete the matrix
based on your scheduled classes of observation. The observation may be done face-to-
face or through different Distance Learning Delivery Modes (online, radio-based instruction,
television-based instruction and other modalities). Take note that your focus of observation is
based on the result of your pre-conference with your Cooperating Teacher. Make sure that you
also need to focus on the development of the MELCs and reflecting on the different processes. If
your observation is more than a week, please copy the given template.

WRITING MY REFLECTION
Having closely observed the teaching methods used by my Cooperating Teacher in
traditional classroom settings, I am confident in my ability to effectively educate
and foster meaningful student engagement. I am skilled in establishing a positive
and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation from
students. I will strive to provide my topic in a clear and comprehensible manner so
that there are no obstacles in grasping the important aspects. This will enable
individuals to further develop their understanding and express their learning in their
own unique style, drawing upon the ideas they have acquired.
Yet, some students do not engage in class discussions, and many of them are too rowdy; however, the
teacher designs exciting interactive activities, and many of them like doing experiments in science class.
The Table of Specifications lists the learning skills and rates them according to the student's cognitive
process aspects. Instructional resources are also developed for both conventional and contemporary
educational purposes.
