We are an IT services company based in Australia servicing Australian based companies across a
range of areas. We have local engineers and developers (across a range of technical
domains/expertise) as well as a team of developers currently based in our PH Makati office.

As we are growing we need to expand our Team. Whomever we engage, we like to think they
will work with us over the long term, getting to know us and our clients and over time play a
growing role in our company.

Job Description:

This position will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to
support sales, marketing, and service operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional
teams to implement best practices, streamline workflows, ensure data integrity, and enhance
user adoption across global markets.

Job Qualifications:

●​ Understand the processes and standards in place to effectively and accurately


cleanse data within Salesforce.
●​ Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on
areas for optimization.
●​ Perform & provide database analysis & segmentation on a regular / ad hoc schedule.
●​ Consistently analyze and provide recommendations for potential data hygiene
exercises, improvements.
●​ Collect, standardize & append new attributes to existing records, insert new records
to SFDC & Marketo.
●​ Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
●​ Keep track of cleansing metrics and fill out the dashboards to report cleansing stats.
●​ Understand and act on team priorities while cleansing data.
