JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of working with US-based clients.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions within
the Salesforce platform. A strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them
into scalable technical solutions is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components,
and other tools.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.

● Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems via APIs and middleware.
● Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations by troubleshooting issues and performing
regular updates.
● Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
● Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
● Support data migration, cleansing, and system configuration as needed.
● Provide technical guidance and support to end users and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


● 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

● Experience working directly with US clients, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration
skills.
● Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.
● Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica).
● Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).
● Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data models, and security protocols.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
