The maps illustrate the transformation of a science park between 2008 and now.
Overall, the
science park underwent a major extension, maintaining most of its original facilities while
becoming more diverse. These alterations included the introduction of new exhibitions, research
and development, a university hub, and an innovation center.
Looking at the details, in 2008, access to the park was from the west, with business units to the
left and woodland, and an IT center located on the other side of the entrance. While a car park
occupied in the center of the map, cyber security was in the southeast, adjacent to which were
grassland and woodland. In the bottom left corner, there was a railway, whereas on the other side
of the map, there was grassland. Further from the grassland, there was woodland, near to which
were offices and reception.
In contrast, by the present time, while the woodland in the bottom left corner remained intact, the
IT center was turned into the innovation center. However, the car park size decreased twice, right
to which was the cyber security that doubled and came at the cost of the grassland. The reception
made way for the university hub, and the grassland in the top left corner had gone. In its place is
research and development. On the railway, a station was added, and the business units remained
unchanged. Furthermore, if it were only roads, now cycle paths are added throughout the map.

Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction.
Do you agree or disagree?
Most people argue that, instead of satisfying their job, income is more important.
While I do not disregard the fact that money plays a significant role in people’s
lifestyles, I believe claiming that an enormous salary is more important than job
satisfaction is an overstatement.
Some individuals believe large incomes tackle people’s lives; besides, if people
purchase what they want, their lives will be easier than they used to be.
Furthermore, job satisfaction does not bring extra money, and it does not play an
essential role in most people’s lifestyles. There are some jobs where people earn a
small amount of money, but they enjoy doing their job. In this circumstance, most
people prefer not to work instead of working due to the low salary, and they
choose high-paying jobs because money could help them achieve their dreams.
However, I completely disagree with this. The reason behind this is that money
cannot buy everything, which is actually adoration for the profession. Working a
low-paying job by heart can lead to success in these professions.
If people work at their favorite job without paying attention to the money, these
chosen people achieve their goals. It does not matter what job people do; if these
individuals are good at their professions, it will cause them to have more clients.
Money by itself will be earned if people have adoration for their jobs. However, if
they are blinded by income, these people can encounter difficulties in their jobs,
such as losing their professions. For instance, in some Muslim countries, there are
people who love their works, and they do not betray a piece of paper because they
know money does not solve problems but poses them.
In conclusion, enjoying work is more preferable than earning large incomes.
Money does not solve people’s problems, but it creates them.
