Curriculum implementation is the process of putting the planned curriculum into action in the actual teaching and learning setting. It is where
the written curriculum (plans, guides, standards) is transformed into practice inside the classroom through teaching strategies, learning
activities, and assessments.

Key Points about Curriculum Implementation

1. Translation of Plans into Practice – It is not enough to have a curriculum design; teachers need to apply it in real classroom situations.
2. Role of Teachers – Teachers are the main implementers. Their teaching methods, creativity, and ability to adjust to students’ needs aﬀect the

3. Role of Learners – Students are active participants; their engagement, motivation, and response inﬂuence how well the curriculum works.
