Advanced Nanotechnology and Computational Physics Laboratory, FUDN. Research assistant
Key responsibilities:
Designed and synthesized high efficient graphene supported composite and investigates
its electric, optical and chemical properties for harvesting solar energy for hydrogen
production.
Analyzed and interpreted Characterization results (XRD, FESEM, XPS, UV-Vis/PL etc)
using analysis software (Origin Lab software, Xpert high score, X-Powder) to investigate
materials’ composition and nature for photocatalysis application.
Conducted literature review to report up-to-date design and synthesis method(s) of
semiconductor nanomaterials as well as up scaling approach for photocatalytic hydrogen
production.
Documented research methods, data and findings and present it to the principal
investigator (PI) as well as the group members.
Assisted in sample preparation, setting-up and conducting experiment and studied
different nanoscale features of semiconductors
