ELECTRICAL PANELS :GENERAL SPECIFICATION
Supply / Installation / Testing / Commissioning Of 3 Phase 4 wire, 11KV /415 V, 50 Hz. typ
section of LV Switchgear and supply to site of following electrical panels/distribution bo
boards shall be designed and fabricated with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet steel with 7 tank
power coated as per general specifications, technical details, specifications

The fabrication shall be made with 14SWG cold rolled sheet with M/c pressing. The su
treated for derusting in 7tank process with dephosphating and painting with at least 2 coat
panel shall be totally enclosed metal clad type with double gasketting with rubber/resin linin
Siemen's Grey painted inside and shall be having control directory pasted inside the pane
entry provision from the top and bottom with suitable alley as the case may be. The pane
same KA rating of the relevant highest rating ACB / MCCB. All components shall have re
without fail. Panels shall be suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ supply system. Lif
provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel in the form o
fabrication. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of pane
MCC shall be of IMCC type (Panels considered are Type tested panel with CPRI approve
(Fabrication, drawing and list of components and panel detail should be approved
fabrication).
i) Main Al. bus bars with bar type feeder connections & all internal wiring and connections
ii) Earthing all components, frame etc. to a common internal earth bar.
iii) Painting all sheet metal works.
iv) All accessories & supporting structure.
vi) All ammeters with C.T's, voltmeter and energy meters with necessary fuses.
vii) Panel components as specified. All hinged door shall be earthed through 2.5mm² tinne
viii) MS base frame.
ix) All switch gear to have short circuit levels as specified.
x) All MCCBs should be thermal-Magnetic adjustable type, Icu=Ics. Current density of alum
