Notes:
1) Purchasing of the Granite and installation work of the same will be from
customer end although supervision will be from IVAS.
2) Sink, WPC board & Appliances (Only chimney and Hob) will be from Dealer
side.
3) Make sure all the electrical, plumbing and chimney holes should be as per the
markings given by IVAS authorized person.
4) Lights will be from client’s side.
5) Panels will be provided to cover the duct pipe from the front only.
6) Grooving will be done on site for lights if required.
7) One extra open cabinet added which will be used later on.
