Overview
The iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY® system (called "GATEWAY"
throughout the Help) enables real-time material handling
equipment information and operator metrics to be viewed and
analyzed through a single web portal. The GATEWAY Dashboard is
the entry (home) screen which gives a high level overview of the
system as data is uploaded from the iWAREHOUSE® system. The
available modules are:

Welcome to iWAREHOUSE Table of Contents


GATEWAY Help The Help Table of Contents opens in the left pane in outline form
when you select the "Contents" button from the menu bar. An
example Help Table of Contents pane is shown below:
To access the context sensitive Help topics delivered with the
iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY® system:
• Select your name in the top right side of most GATEWAY pages
• Select the "Help" link at the bottom of each module’s
drop-down list
• Hover your cursor over a filter
In some browsers, the Backspace key or back arrow button returns
to the previous Help topic that was viewed, and the shift +
Backspace key or back arrow button moves forward through the
topics.
Please send questions, comments and feedback to

After the left Table of Contents pane opens, select one of the closed
book icons to drill down to the desired topic.

The Help Index opens in the left pane of the Help window when you To search for a term or phrase, select the Search button from the

GATEWAY filters and columns are defined in the Glossary in
alphabetical order. Follow the steps below to access the Glossary
tab:
1. From within the GATEWAY system, select your name in the top
right side of most GATEWAY pages. Select "Online Help." The
GATEWAY Help window opens.
2. Select the "Glossary" button at the top of the Help window.
3. Select an entry from the Term: section in the left pane. The
definition appears in the Definition: section at the bottom of
the left pane. The example that follows shows the Glossary in
alphabetical order.

message window will open indicating additional information about
the maintenance and approximately when the system will be
available.

To view data for a different company, follow the steps below:
1. Select your name in the top right side of most GATEWAY pages.
2. Select "Select Company."
3. Select a company from the "Available Companies" drop-down
list.
4. Select the "Submit" button.

Follow these steps to select a vehicle or operator on which to report:

Export a Filtered List

Export a Filtered List expanded to accommodate the screen size of your device or your
brower’s window size by selecting the icon on the left side of the
screen.
A list of filtered vehicles and predetermined Omni-Filters can be
downloaded and printed. Each vehicle’s information prints on a
different tab. The report opens on the Summary tab by default.
Follow the steps below to export filtered vehicles and predetermined
Omni-Filters:
1. Select "XLS" located in the upper right side of the Vehicle
Filtered section of the report.
2. Select the vehicle to export.
3. Select "Create XLS."
4. Select whether to save the list or open it into a spreadsheet.

Responsive Layout

An addressee can unsubscribe from one or all automated reports

Remove Email Addresses


Users can remove email addresses from automated reports.
However, the user who automated the report cannot remove
themselves from the email list.
From your User Name:
1. Select your name in the top right side of most GATEWAY pages.
2. Select User Settings > Automated Report Summary. The
Summary window opens.
3. Select the "Edit" button.
4. In the Filter Settings section, select the "Remove" button next
to the email address to remove.
