As a .NET Core Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and
maintaining software applications using Microsoft's .NET framework. This is an exciting

and mobile.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Build Applications:
○ Design, develop, and build software applications (web, desktop, and mobile).
○ Focus on developing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
2. Maintain and Expand Applications:
○ Maintain, scale, and enhance existing software applications to meet business
needs.
○ Work on bug fixes and feature improvements.
3. Optimize and Refactor Code:
○ Optimize performance and refactor code to improve efficiency.
○ Implement best practices for performance tuning and optimization.
4. Collaboration:
○ Work closely with other IT professionals, business stakeholders, and teams to
design, build, and maintain software applications.
○ Collaborate on development projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Documentation:
○ Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development life
cycle.
○ Document code, processes, and technical specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience: 5-8 years in .NET Core development.
● Technical Skills:
○ Strong proficiency in .NET Core framework.
○ Expertise in coding and software development best practices.
○ Understanding of data structures and algorithm design.
○ Proficiency in performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization.
○ Familiarity with DevOps practices for automated deployments.
● Problem-Solving:
○ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex
technical issues.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with developing web, desktop, and mobile applications using .NET Core.
● Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
