To add an airline, Division FOs must contact FO HQ at [email protected] their request.
Please ensure you include the airline's website and logo for verification.
Note: We DO NOT add ceased airlines to the database
To add a virtual airline, Division FOs must fill our google form
Once you receive the Notification that the Airline has been added to the database:
1- Open the database and select Virtual Airlines
2- Select ADD Virtual Airlines
3- In Airlines select the correct Airline Name you wish to register as Virtual Airlines.
4- Make sure you have your division correct.
5- Fill in all the appropriate fields.
6- Save
7- Once this process is Complete, please use this email template and send to the CEO and Copy:

To ensure our automated system tracks your VA on the IVAO network, please include the following special remark in
Field 18 (RMK/) of your flight plan: IVAOVA/XXX.
Note: The old virtual airline system is still a work in progress, so your VA might not appear immediately on the IVAO
website. However, rest assured that you are officially an IVAO VA Partner.
