Dear Parents,
Venus World Schools has organized an exciting picnic for Grades 5 to 7 students to Avani Argo Resort on
15th October 2025. The objective is to encourage social interaction and experiential learning in a fun-filled
environment. Please fill in the diary consent form and submit it to the class teacher by 4th August 2025.
Important Notes:
• Picnic Fee: ₹1200
• Mode of Payment: Cash only to the class teacher. Kindly avoid contacting the admin office regarding payment.
• Last Date for Submission (Consent Form & Fee): 18th August 2025
• In case your child cannot attend, please inform the class teacher in advance.
• All safety and well-being precautions will be strictly followed.
