Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Gagandeep Kaur, and I’m from Fatehgarh Sahib.

Talking about my education, I did my 10th with 92% and 12th with 97% from Little Angel Sr. Sec.

School, Sanghol. I completed my Bachelor’s in Computer Applications from RIMT University, and

currently, I’m pursuing my MBA.

I’ve done a one-month training in Java and personality development from Fuel Training Center. I also

completed an internship at Alphanumeric Idea where I worked as a Web Analyst.

Coming to my skills –

I’m good at Canva, MS Word, basic web designing, and digital marketing.

My soft skills include communication, time management, and I’m a quick learner.

I consider myself self-motivated and optimistic. One area I’m working on is learning to say “no” when

needed.

My hobbies are gardening and reading books.

That’s all about me – thank you!

Well, everyone hopes to earn enough to meet their basic needs and feel valued for their work.

In my last internship, I earned ₹10,000 per month, and apart from that, I also used my skills to support

students and earned a bit from that side as well.

So, I would expect a salary of at least ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month to start with.

However, I’m also flexible and open to discussing it further, depending on the role, responsibilities,

and industry standards.

BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing.

In easy words, it means when a company hires another company or team to do some of its regular

work or services, like customer support, data entry, accounting, or technical support.

This helps the company save time, reduce costs, and focus more on its main business activities.

For example, many companies outsource their call center work to BPOs to handle
✅ Inbound BPO:
In this type, the BPO receives calls from customers.

● It handles customer support, order booking, queries, complaints, etc.

● Example: When you call a customer care number for help with your mobile network or bank
account — that’s inbound BPO.

🔹 Key Point: Customer calls the company.

✅ Outbound BPO:
In this type, the BPO makes calls to customers.

● It is used for sales calls, promotions, telemarketing, feedback, or reminders.

● Example: When someone calls you to explain a new insurance plan or offer — that’s
outbound BPO.

🔹 Key Point: Company calls the customer.

In short:

● Inbound = customer calls us

● Outbound = we call the customer

You should hire me because I am sincere, quick to learn, and always ready to take responsibility.

I have a strong educational background, internship experience, and practical skills in tools like Canva,

Word, basic web designing, and digital marketing.

I also have good communication skills, time management, and a positive attitude.

Whatever work I take up, I try to give my best and complete it on time.

I may be at the starting stage of my career, but I bring dedication, willingness to grow, and the ability

to adapt quickly to new roles.

👩 Gender Discrimination
This occurs when individuals—especially women—are treated unfairly based on their gender.

Examples include:

● Unequal pay for similar work.

● Excluding women from decision-making roles.
● Cultural or social norms limiting opportunities.
Worldwide and locally, gender discrimination undermines equality and development.

🌟 Women Empowerment
Women empowerment means giving women the rights, resources, and opportunities to shape their

lives and communities. It includes:

1. Psychological empowerment – building confidence and self-worth.

2. Social empowerment – equal access to education, jobs, and community life.
3. Political empowerment – participation in leadership and decision-making.
4. Economic empowerment – control over their own income.

output by 2009. Although it closed in 2018 due to market shifts, Philips India has since focused on

health‑tech and personal‑care manufacturing. They’ve launched advanced plants (Baddi, Silvassa)
