Re: Outstanding Payment for Purchase Order No. [ 2024-12-304, 2024-12-310]
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the payment for the purchase
order no. 2024-12-304 delivered last January 23, 2025 & purchase order no. 2024-12-310
delivered last January 31, for which the payment was due on February 28, 2025. As of today,
we have not yet received the payment.
We kindly request that you process the outstanding payment as soon as possible. We
understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, and we are happy to
discuss any issues you may have encountered in processing the payment.
To facilitate the payment, we have attached the Delivery Note and Copy of P.O please refer to

• Due Date: February 28, 2025
