To request for fund for the implementation of
the venture.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Must include:
i. What the venture is
ii. The business model
iii. The business strategy
iv. The detail specifications
The organisational structure
Set up plan (location, facilities, etc)
The modus operandi of the venture
MARKET PROJECTION
Must include:
• Market sector (market demography)
• Market survey
• Demand projection (trend plot)
• Market share
• Market value
CASH FLOW PROJECTION
Must include:
• Periodic income projection (daily, weekly,
based on venture type, for all income
components, based on market survey)
• Periodic cost projection (for all cost
components)
• Periodic net cash flow over a specified length
of time (weekly, monthly, yearly)

To show the economic return on investment
By employing the project appraisal methods (preferably
