Offline Windows 10 Feature Upgrade
Introduction:
Offline Upgrade used only under very exceptional cases (very limited Internet Connectivity and there is a
problem with automatic online update), Internet connectivity should be disconnected and personal data should
be backed up in OneDrive.
We can follow offline Windows 10 feature Upgrade using the USB key for Windows 10 21H2 Pro (the iso already
exist in our new SFTP server) in case of limited internet connectivity situations.
Procedure:
1-Download Windows 10 pro (21H2) from new AWS SFTP as indicated in Windows 10 deployment guide below.
The following is the new SFTP information:
Host: s-6eb1130667b4422ba.server.transfer.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
Username: SA-SFTP-EUD-RO
Password: r&KyeSeC4uDPW5J0
Port: 22
Download FileZilla Client for Windows (64bit)
Please download the three files under /21H2

2-Create the USB key as indicated in Windows 10 deployment guide (chapter 1).
3-Turn on your device normally from HDD (do not boot from the USB just start your device as normal from the
HDD.
4-Now connect the USB key to your device.
5-Disconnect your device from Internet (Wired or Wi-Fi) – This very important step to complete the upgrade.
6-Run “Command Prompt” as Administrator as shown below:
7-When you get “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” message, select “Yes”
8-Switch to d: drive ant type “Setup.exe /auto upgrade” command as shown below:

9-If you get the following screen select “OK” (in many cases you will not get it).
10-You will get the following screen:
11-The device will restart more than one time and you will see the same screens of online upgrade (please remove
the USB key when restarting).
