RENTAL AGREEMENT

This rental contract is executed between Mr. WILBER.


GUTIERREZ HUAMAN, identified with ID No. 42127577, residing at Jr.
Tacna No. 508 - Plaza Alfonso Ugarte - Ayaviri, Melgar, Puno, who hereinafter will be referred to
the OWNER; and on the other side Mrs. MAGDA MAMANI
LIMA, identified with DNI No. 42177503, who for the purposes of this contract acts in
proper name and will be called THE TENANT, they stated that they have decided
celebrate a lease contract for a property intended for the activity of a
"POLLERIA", hereinafter the "Contract", which is governed by the following clauses:

FIRST.- THE OWNER rents for the activity of a poultry shop to THE
TENANT, located at Jr. Tacna No. 508 - Plaza Alfonso Ugarte, Ayaviri, Melgar,
Lot, for exclusive use as a residence.

SECOND.-The monthly rental cost is S/. 1500.00 (one thousand five hundred NEW SOLES)
SOLES), the amount that the TENANT will pay in advance to the OWNER.

THIRD.- By mutual agreement of both parties, the amount of remains as a guarantee

FOURTH.- This contract is only for 12 months starting with the signing of the
