Description:
We are currently seeking a Backend Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant
experience to join our team. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's or master's
degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field. They will be responsible for
developing and maintaining our backend services and ensuring the reliability and scalability
of our systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Participate in the requirements analysis, high-level design, detailed design, and the
preparation of technical documentation for the project.
- Responsible for the development of core project modules, delivering technical
solutions, and addressing key technical challenges.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend system code.
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify system bottlenecks and errors, and formulate solutions. Maintain code
quality, organization, and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of backend development experience.
- Solid foundational knowledge of Java, with a thorough understanding of concepts
such as JVM, I/O, concurrency, and multithreaded programming.
- Proficient in SQL, with strong skills in using databases like MySQL, and a certain
level of SQL optimization capability; familiarity with common NoSQL solutions such
as Redis, along with an understanding of their respective advantages,
disadvantages, and use cases, is preferred.
- Possess a certain level of oral and written communication skills in English, as well as
strong time management abilities.
- Some basic knowledge of container and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of Http and restful API.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with serverless architecture.
- Expertise in the development, analysis, and design of high-performance systems,
ensuring system stability.
- Experience with AWS network infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in financial system development.
