A sociology student passionate about exploring the impact of sustainable policies and initiatives on communities
and societal development. Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with working knowledge
of tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Canva, and fluency in English and Hindi. Currently working on a
dissertation focused on analysing the impact of the Jhabua Natural initiative as a climate-smart solution on the
socio-economic empowerment of the Bhil tribe. The research examines how Jhabua Natural aligns with climate-
smart principles, integrates or diverges from traditional agricultural practices, and influences the economic status,
agency, and decision-making power of the Bhil community in resource management and sustainability efforts.

drives meaningful and lasting change for marginalised communities and society as a whole.

Working on the Bamboo- Biofuel public- private partnership project (Dalmia dPPP) - Collaborated with Technical advisor to
organise capacity building programs for farmers, women and partner institutions. Assisted with project documentation and
monitoring, providing guidance to partners for the regular production of M&E data. Contributed to the preparation of 20 case
studies and managed documentation and stakeholder mapping. Organised and led stakeholder meetings and conducted
secondary research to support the development of policy papers.

Conducted sociological research along with assisted with editing two ethnographic films that is on the Natt tribal community
and the sociological issues they face in the contemporary world with the advancement of technology. The other is on
Endangered languages which is produced by Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts. The film reflects on the sociological
aspects of loss of languages and how digitalisation can aid in preserving languages.

rural India that they are achieving through Self Reliance and Self Respect. While conducting the research, I also had the
opportunity to work towards their programs of ‘Mahila Sashaktikaran’ (Women empowerment) and ‘Yuva
Sashaktikaran’ (Youth empowerment).

workshops. Introduced an intervention module using secondary research sources which delved into the negative consequences
of social media on adolescents’ mental health and its long-term impact on the society .

Examined in a study the relevance of World Health Organisation’s ‘Guidelines for Self Care’ during the Corona Virus
Pandemic. Another study also explored the linkages between society and mental health . Participated in a 5 month certification
