II. FOUNDATION:
The purpose of this plan is to develop the reading habit in children.
and the pleasure of reading, to form autonomous readers who include it in their daily lives
reading to satisfy their needs for recreation, culture, and information.
It is also intended to improve reading comprehension levels through
planned activities based on the interests and needs according to the
reality of the children in our Educational Institution.

Supreme Decree No. 009-2005 Regulations on the Management of the Educational System

IV. GENERAL OBJECTIVE:


Promote the execution of actions to develop the ability to read and create the
reading habit and the enjoyment of reading in children, with the participation of the family.

V. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
5.1.1 Promote the habit of reading among educators and learners
5.1.2 Strengthen the correct use of the Spanish language.
5.1.3 Strengthen the ability of understanding, interpretation, and critical thinking of
short readings, fables, tales, stories, brief texts.
5.1.4 Achieve that students are highly expressive according to their
degree of language (babbling gestures smile etc.)
5.1.5 Promote daily reading so that students take on the
commitment to participate in events of this nature and be
protagonists in reading contests through posters images of
stories, magazines, etc., within the family, community, and society.

VIII. STRATEGIES:
✓ Strengthen reading time at the classroom and Educational Institution level
✓ Strengthen the development of communicative abilities according to their
language degree.

✓ Use dramatizations to create texts.

Provide texts to parents for weekly reading with the child.

3. Oral expression:

Invite a person (ally) to narrate an experience or
important event of your life through photos and images.
The child narrates and interprets the story heard.
