The development of memory will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

considerations:
a.-The vertical supports of perimeter panels are elements subjected to loads of
flexo compression, while the inner panels only suffer the effect of
axial compressive loads.
The vertical supports are considered as simply supported elements.

10.- Calculation hypothesis.
For reinforced concrete:
Internalefforts(bendingmoments,shearstresses,torsionalmomentand
normal effort) resulting from the distribution of stresses in each section of the
element, are in balance with the effects in that section produced by the
external loads.

in reasonable simplifications of them.

based on the finite element method, the RAM ADVANCE 5.1 Spanish. The design of
the elements that make up the structure will be carried out through the direct use of
the formulas specified in the regulations. However, this does not exclude the use of
computational means for verifying results, as is the case of the
Excel spreadsheet and the design program "Concrete 318".
Decoupled frameworks will be considered for the analysis of each resistance line.

12.- Foundation soil parameters.
According to the soil mechanics report attached, executed by Mr. Jorge
NusserA., Civil Engineer from the University of Chile, v1.0, April 2013, the considerations are
the following conservative parameters for the soil:
Allowable Stress
Static 0.8Ton/m2
Dynamic 1.20 Ton/m2
