SEEN AND CONSIDERING: That Mrs. ELSA JULIETA BARRIOS, the only
surname, widow of ALVAREZ, in her own name and on behalf of her son
PEDRO DANILO ALVAREZ BARRIOS and ERICK ARTURO, GUIDO ARNOLDO AND
BRENDA MARICELA, the three with the last name ALVAREZ BARRIOS, filed before
the duties of the undersigned Notary the intestate succession process
extrajudicial of Mr. ARTURO ALVAREZ FUENTES who passed away in the city of
Guatemala, May thirty-first, two thousand three. That to certify this
circumstance and the family relationship that united her to the applicants,
they timely accompanied the certification of the birth certificate and the
death of the deceased, both issued by the Civil Registry of
municipality of Guatemala, department of Guatemala, together with the
certification of the marriage certificate of the deceased with the first requester,
as well as the birth certificates of each of the parties involved. That in the process
respective reports were requested from the Registry of this process
