Product Description:
Removes grime in gel without risks in its handling, a less aggressive product but equally effective.

Method of preparation:
In a quantity of water, dissolve ingredient 1 at least 12 hours before it is used.
In the remaining water of the formulation, dissolve the other ingredients of the formulation one by one with
vigorous agitation.
Once the previous ingredients are perfectly dissolved, add them to the mixture from point a) until obtaining the
desired consistency.

II PROPOSED FORMULA
FUNCTION
10 moles of nonylphenol ethoxylate (Detergent) 100 ml
Sodium lauryl ether sulfate (Detergent) 50 ml
Monoethanolamine (Alkalizing agent) 25 ml
Butlcellosolve (Solvent) 50 ml
Color * (Identity) c.s.
Paraben metil (Nipagín) (Preservative) 1 gr
Water * vehicle c.b.p. 1 liter *

III MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUE
1. - Mix the Nonyl phenol with the butyl cellosolve and add this mixture to the water.
2. - Add sodium lauryl ether sulfate
3. – Add monoethanolamine
4. – Mix the color with a little water, and add it to the water, until reaching the
desired tone. The color must be a stable aniline in alkaline solutions, as is the
case of the blue Chicago.
5. – Add the nipagin to the water
6. – Mix well.
IV USE INDICATIONS
In bathrooms, it has great cleaning power in toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, and tiles, using it
diluted with 10 to up to 40 equal parts of water and a fiber.
In the kitchen, easily degreases grills and exhaust hoods, using it diluted with 4 parts.

Dilution of use:
One part of this product with 10-20-30 equal parts of water, depending on the

Method of preparation:
Heat half of the total water of the formulation where we will perfectly dissolve the
sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate. In another container, heat the other half of the water to 70°C to the point of
boiling, adding sodium tripolyphosphate, which we will completely dilute with vigorous stirring.
We proceed to mix both phases a) into b) and mixing perfectly by adding the rest of the
ingredient in the order of the formulation with vigorous stirring.
Let it rest and package.

3. Sodium hydroxide at 50% 5.0

Method of preparation:
Make a mixture of the nonyl with the butylcellusolve and once integrated, dissolve them in the remaining water with
shaken vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add sodium hydroxide and stir until the product is dissolved.
Packaging.
Hand cleaner for mechanics
1 c. borax
1-2 teaspoons of pure turpentine (white spirit)
1 tsp sweet orange essential oil
1 c. base soap
With very clean hands, or gloves, mix the turpentine with the essential oil along with the borax until
