Biblical Readings
(First reading: Isaiah 53: 10-11)
The 'servant of the Lord' bears the sins of his people and
thus God makes him the head of a great offspring.
(Second reading: Hebrews 4:14-16.)
Jesus, Son of God, is the high priest, close to us.
tested like us, able to empathize with our
diseases. Let us approach him with faith.
Gospel: Mark 10:35-45 (or: 10:42-45).
The big lesson today: the true disciple is the one who
be a server of all, following the example of Jesus who did not come to
to be served, but to serve and to give his life for salvation of
the people.
