Matthew 7:24-29

Therefore, whoever hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a man
wise, who built his house on the rock.

There descended rain, and came rivers, and winds blew, and beat against that house; and
It did not fall, because it was founded on the rock.

But anyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a man
senseless, who built his house on the sand;

And rain descended, and rivers came, and winds blew, and beat against
that house; and it fell, and its ruin was great.

And when Jesus had finished these words, the people were amazed at his teaching;

DEAR BROTHERS what does our Lord Jesus want to teach us in these verses
Our Lord Jesus tells us that anyone who hears these words and puts them into practice, he
comparing a prudent man, what does it mean to be prudent? For the Lord Jesus, a man
Prudent is a wise man, one who not only hears his word but practices it.
Our Lord Jesus makes it clear to us the importance of not only listening to the word but that
put it into practice, so that we can build our house and our homes in the
rock, because the rock represents our Lord Jesus. What we must
understand from this parable is that in our lives and in our homes or house there will

because it is built on the rock that is our Lord Jesus and remained secure
because its foundation is safe, solid, and firm.
Our Lord Jesus also compares us to a foolish man who built his house.
On the sand, this man did not consider the same things as the prudent man. To the
reject the rock and opt for the sand, which is a solid foundation that representsthe
world and everything that is set aside fromGodshe built her house on unstable ground and
unsure. When the storms of life come, this man has no direction and takes
bad decisions.
Every time we hear the word of God, we remain in the same situation as
those who were listening to Jesus that day. We can take the message, keep it
in the heart and live according to it, or we can reject the words of the Lord Himself.
The consequences of both remain the same today.
Where is your faith and your trust? Is your house on the rock or on the sand? Christ
it continues to offer opportunities for those who want to build their houses on the rock.
Brothers, what this verse wants to tell us is that a house is built first with
wisdom and prudence, then with pleasure. The wisdom and knowledge that lead you to
Success in business is the same as the one you use to build a house.
According to this verse, God wants us to have a solid and balanced home, and that we
fill it with good things, but also that the family be built with wisdom, so that if there is
problems, these be wisely resolved, that if there is scarcity, let us know wisely
Have a budget, if we have to make decisions, let them be made wisely.
Many times they repeat to women "to build her house with wisdom," and it really is
biblical, but in a home there is not only the mother, but also the father. Therefore, both are
they have to commit to making wise decisions.
Psalm 127:1
If Jehovah does not build the house, in vain do the builders work.
