You will be happy to know that my Aunt Meghna has organised a birthday party for me
next Saturday and she has asked me to invite all my friends. Although you know that my
birthday is on Friday, the party has been organised on a weekend so that all my friends
can enjoy and be a part of it. You know very well that no party of mine is complete without
you. So please be at my place this Saturday around 5pm. Do come a little early so that we
can go cycling. Bring Arun along with you too. I have also planned for several games and

Dear Rahim
You will be glad to know that I have recently joined my new school in Vasant Vihar. The
name of my school is Mother Mary Sr. Sec. School. The school has a very attractive
building. The classrooms are beautifully constructed. They are big, airy and spacious. The
furniture is comfortable and attractive. The surroundings are neat and full of greenery.
Playgrounds are very big.
The teachers are very cooperative and use the latest technology for explanation and for
giving assignments.
You will be glad to know that, in my new school ,emphasis is not on cramming but on
being innovative. Learning is fun and I look forward to going to school everyday. Rapport
between the teachers and students is also very good. Students can seek help from
teachers whenever required without being scared and corporal punishment is banned in
our school. More emphasis is laid on the overall development of the child. Discipline is
also maintained and a lot of extra- curricular activities is carried out during an academic
session.
With this kind of education, I look forward to fulfilling the goals that I have set for my
future. I feel proud to be a student of Mother Mary School. I shall write more about my new
