About the Role
As a Salesforce Engineer / Architect, youʼll be the go to technical partner for
enterprise clients—designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce ecosystems that
deliver real ROI. Youʼll own everything from requirements gathering and high-level
architecture through custom development, integrations, data migrations, and post
go-live optimization. Youʼll evangelize best practices and help shape our technical
playbook for years to come.
What Youʼll Own
Solution Architecture & Design

Lead client discovery workshops and translate business needs into scalable
Salesforce architectures Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud,
Experience Cloud).
Define data models, security models, sharing rules, and governance
frameworks that scale across global organizations.
End-to-End Implementation & Custom Development
Drive the full implementation lifecycle: requirements → configuration
Apex/Visualforce/LWC development → testing → deployment → support.
Extend Salesforce with Lightning Web Components, optimized SOQL, and
advanced Flow automations.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and Git for reliable,
repeatable releases.
Integrations & Data Management
Architect and build robust integrations with ERP, marketing automation,
analytics, or custom APIs REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect).
Support complex data migrations: mapping, deduplication, validation, and
compliance with GDPR/CCPA requirements.
Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure performance and integrity at
scale.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
Serve as the trusted technical liaison between business leaders, product
owners, and engineering teams.
Create and enforce coding standards, change-control processes, and release
management best practices.
Author clear, user-friendly documentation and deliver hands-on training to
drive adoption.
Optimization, Innovation & Leadership

Continuously audit org performance, troubleshoot governor-limit challenges,
and recommend improvements.
Stay ahead of Salesforceʼs roadmap—pilot new features Einstein Analytics,
Tableau CRM, next-gen Flow) to keep clients at the cutting edge.
Mentor future junior developers and share learnings across Ombrik to elevate
our entire technical community.
What You Bring
Experience
4 to 7 years in Salesforce development & architecture, including 3 years
leading enterprise-scale implementations.
Demonstrated success across multiple industries (e.g., finance, healthcare,
retail) delivering complex CRM solutions.
Management consulting experience not required but strongly preferred
Technical Skills
Mastery of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and
Salesforce Flow.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and
governor limits.
Hands-on integration expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or
middleware platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD Salesforce DX, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
Bonus: Cloud infra AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform.
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect CTA highly desirable
